Privacy / CRILOX Solutions

Plain-language
data handling.

This notice explains the website and client-intake data flows at a practical level. It is not a substitute for a contract-specific data-processing agreement where one is required.

01

Information you choose to send

When you submit a project brief, CRILOX may receive your name, email address, optional business/organisation name, optional phone number, project requirements, timing, budget context and any website link you include.

02

How enquiry information is used

Enquiry data is used to review your request, ask clarification questions, prepare a scope or proposal, communicate about the project and maintain an internal business record. It is not used to build advertising profiles.

03

Website measurement

CRILOX may collect privacy-safe aggregate events such as page views, project/service opens, contact-form start and completion, email or WhatsApp CTA clicks, and Core Web Vitals. Public analytics does not intentionally include project-brief text, email addresses, phone numbers or advertising identifiers.

04

Service providers

CRILOX uses infrastructure and communication providers to operate the site and client workflow. Data is shared with those providers only as needed to deliver the relevant service, subject to their own terms and data handling practices.

05

Retention and access

Business records may be retained where they are needed for project delivery, payment records, support, legal obligations or legitimate business history. Test or abandoned leads without protected financial records may be removed from the private manager.

06

Contact

For a privacy question, correction or deletion request, use the Contact page and identify the information or project record you are asking about. Some records may need to be retained where payment, contractual or legal obligations require it.
